Cadence Design Offers To Buy Mentor For $1.6 Billion

I caught this after I noticed that MENT stock was up like 25% this morning. Scott or Michelle, any good rumors for us?

Yeah, when I saw the stock price this morning I immediately checked the news and saw that Cadence had submitted the offer. Our CEO sent out an email a little while ago that said our board unanimously rejected the offer for several reasons. Here's the public statement:
